Welcome to Splendor Transport. By accessing and using our website, services, and communication channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before booking or using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

• “We,” “Us,” “Our”: Refers to Splendor Transport, its employees, and affiliates.
• “You,” “Your”: Refers to any customer or user of our services.
• “Services”: Includes all transportation, chauffeur services, customized tours, intercity rides, and related offerings provided by Splendor Transport.
• “Website”: Refers to our official website and any associated platforms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from Splendor Transport.
• For certain services (e.g., large group travel, events), advance payment or deposits may be required.
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason, including non-availability of vehicles.

3. Payments and Charges

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment gateways.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed.
• Pricing: All prices provided at the time of booking are final and inclusive of fuel, driver charges, and standard toll fees unless specified otherwise.
• Additional charges may apply for:
  • Extra waiting time beyond the complimentary period.
  • Changes in itinerary or extra stops.
  • Damages caused to the vehicle by the customer or their guests.
• Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy:
  • Bookings canceled 24 hours or more before the service start time will be refunded in full.
  • Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the service start time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total fare.
  • No-shows without prior cancellation will be charged the full booking amount.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the booking process (e.g., pickup location, time, and contact details).
• Treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct will be chargeable.
• Comply with all applicable laws while using our services, including seat belt requirements.
• Not consume alcohol, smoke, or carry illegal substances in our vehicles.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

6. Waiting Time and Delays

• For Airport Transfers: We provide complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes from the actual flight arrival time.
• For other services, complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time.
• Additional waiting time will be charged at a rate determined by the service and vehicle class.
• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or unforeseen road closures.

7. Liability

• Splendor Transport will ensure that services are provided in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
• We shall not be held responsible for:
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the service.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, including vehicle availability, pricing, or policies, without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by such modifications.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
